Mr. Wilson's wife was his cousin, the former Charity Sabean, of New Tusket, Digby County. They had no issue. Mrs. Wilson predeceased him in January 1928 as a result of pneumonia contracted by bathing her feet in the brook near her home at that time of year.

Charity Wilson

The Death occurred on Friday morning the 13th of Charity, wife of Isaiah Wilson following a few days of illness at 65 years. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon a 2 o'clock with a short service at the house followed by a service at the Baptist Church of which the deceased was an active member. Rev.W.G. Hiseler officiated at both services. She is survived by her husband and two sisters, Mrs Bertie Sabean of this place and Mrs Sarah J. Sabean of Kempt, Yar. Co.
