Western Counties Regional Library now accepts payments of fees or fines online through PayPal.

Pay your fee or fine by clicking the Pay Fee or Fine button below.
Be sure to place the:
  • Library Card number of the person owing the fee or fine, and
  • Name of person owing fee or fine
in the boxes below before clicking on the Pay Fee or Fine button. Once you enter the payment area, please enter the amount of the fee or fine you wish to pay in the "unit price" space provided by PayPal. If you have any questions about this, please e-mail us at ansy@nsy.library.ns.ca.

NOTE: If you have not entered the correct library card number and name of the person owing the fee or fine, the library staff will not be able to process the payment.
