If you already have a Western Counties Regional Library card, you do not have to register again. Please contact us if you have questions or problems.
If you do not live in our library area, you cannot register online. But, if you visit one of our branches in person we'll be happy to register you.
A fee may apply if you are a non-Canadian resident.
Your card will be mailed to you within 3 business days.
